Why is my Rewards Points not showing?

To receive rewards points, you need to be logged into your account when placing your order otherwise no rewards points will be earnt.

To ensure you receive points on all future orders, just log into your account before placing you order.

If in case you have placed your order but forgot to sign in to your Rewards profile, contact our friendly Online Customer Service Team with your order number and we'll be glad to check it out for you.
