My code is not working

All our Jewellery codes are unique to Royal Essence and case sensitive so if it's not entered correctly into our Appraisal page, you will see a "code is not valid" message. In this case, please check the code being entered and ensure its entered exactly as it appears. If you feel the code has been entered correctly and is still not working, then please contact our Online Customer Service Team who will be more than happy to assist you.
