Why is my candle has no scent?

It's disappointing to receive this feedback as all of our candles are triple scented with 10% fragrance, which is the maximum we can put in any candle.

What I can do for you is offer to refund the purchase price (MINUS SHIPPING FEE) of the candle under our Customer Satisfaction Guarantee once the candle and jewlery item have been returned (at your expense).
